1. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 18 years or older.
  • One ticket per person per day, unless additional entries are earned through clearly defined skill‑based or participation‑based activities.
  • Oh London staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
  • The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
  • No prize awarded in this raffle will exceed a fair market value of $5,000.

2. How to Receive a Ticket

  • Tickets are available in person only at the Oh London hostess station during regular business hours.
  • Tickets must be picked up directly by the participant.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
  • Additional entries may be earned only through skill‑based or participation‑based activities that are clearly defined and equally available to all participants.
  • No purchase is required to earn additional entries.

3. Prize Description

  • The prize consists of two British Airways travel vouchers or the Avios‑equivalent miles, redeemable toward round‑trip airfare to London.
  • The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • The prize is non‑transferable.
  • Travel is subject to British Airways availability, fare rules, and blackout dates.
  • The winner is responsible for all additional travel expenses, including hotels, ground transportation, meals, passports/visas, and any other travel‑related costs.
  • The Kaufman Fund and Oh London are not responsible for hotel accommodations or any other travel‑related expenses beyond the vouchers or Avios miles.

4. Drawing Details

  • The winning ticket will be drawn live on June 26 during the Oh London Community Celebration.
  • The Kaufman Fund will conduct and oversee the drawing as the official nonprofit operator.
  • If the winner is not present, cannot produce the physical ticket, or does not claim the prize immediately, an alternate winner may be drawn.

5. Winner Requirements

  • The Kaufman Fund may require the winner to be physically present at the event to claim the prize.
  • The winner must present the original physical raffle ticket.
  • The winner may be required to show valid government‑issued identification.
  • The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with accepting the prize.

6. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants agree that Oh London and The Kaufman Fund may share general raffle information, event photos, and winner announcements on social media and marketing channels.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that The Kaufman Fund and Oh London may use their name, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes.

7. Right to Modify or Cancel

The Kaufman Fund and Oh London reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8. Additional Information

  • Oh London provides the venue, prize sponsorship, and promotional support.
  • The Kaufman Fund oversees all raffle operations as the official nonprofit partner.
  • Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
